We’re all different and I believe there should be space for that in our yoga, movement and rest practices.

As I teach, I do my best to encourage you to listen to your body first, and my guidance second. What matters most to me is helping you build a practice rooted in awareness of your own needs, abilities, and limits - rather than the appearance of the poses.
I aim to create a space free from pressure
and judgment, where you can move at your own pace and develop a practice that truly supports you.

Originally from Poland, I moved to Edinburgh nearly 18 years ago and I’am grateful to now call it home. Yoga has been a steady companion through the many ups and downs of life, helping me stay grounded and navigate an often busy, restless mind. And most importantly learn to connect with my body.
I've been teaching yoga for almost 8 years, continuously deepening my knowledge through various trainings. Over time, I’ve found a true passion for slower, more nourishing practices like Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. I love what I do, but more than anything, I love witnessing the gentle transformations that unfold in the people I work with. My aim is to offer you space to slow down, soften, and reconnect. Together, we can explore and tailor your practice to what you need in this season of your life.
